Who we are

Tradeshot is run by Avendavi AB, a Swedish company (org. no. 559582-9564). Questions about these terms: patrik@avendavi.com.

What Tradeshot does

Tradeshot turns a trade you enter into an animated replay of real market data. Replays are for sharing and review. They are not trading advice, and we don't check that the trades you enter were really made.

Charts use third-party market data. It is delayed, can be incomplete, and can differ slightly from your broker's or the exchange's own prices. Where a contract's own data isn't available yet, the chart is an approximation lined up with your fills.

Plans

• Free needs no account and includes 1 export a day.
• Trader (3 exports a day) and Creator (9 exports a day) are paid subscriptions, monthly or yearly, with an account you log in to by email.
• An export is an MP4 or GIF download, or a new share link. Daily exports reset at 00:00 UTC.
• Everything each plan includes is on the pricing page. There is no free trial.

Payment, renewal and cancelling

• Payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. Moving to a smaller plan also takes effect then.
• If a paid plan ends, themes you saved are kept but locked until you upgrade again.

Right of withdrawal

If you're a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. When you buy a plan, you ask us to start the service straight away, and you agree that your right of withdrawal ends once you export your first video on the paid plan. Until then, you can withdraw within 14 days of buying and get a full refund by emailing patrik@avendavi.com.

Share links

• Anyone with a share link can watch the replay. A link stores the trade's numbers and your replay settings, not a video, and never your own background images or videos.
• Links last 7 days on Free, 30 days on Trader and until you delete them on Creator.
• You can delete a link from the device that made it, or from any device while logged in to the account that made it.

Using Tradeshot fairly

• Don't try to get around the daily limits or the features of your plan.
• Don't overload, scrape or attack the service.
• Don't put anything illegal, hateful or misleading in your handle, labels or footer text, and don't pretend to be someone else.
• We may remove links or close accounts that break these rules.

Your content

The trades, handles and labels you enter stay yours. By creating a share link you let us store it and show it to anyone with the link until it expires or you delete it.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Tradeshot running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, or that market data is complete. We aren't responsible for trading decisions made with Tradeshot. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters for paid plans, we'll email account holders before it takes effect.

Law and disputes

Swedish law applies. If you're a consumer elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protection of your own country's mandatory rules. Consumers in Sweden can take a dispute to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
